VisaAdvisor Country Hub v0.1.0 | مرجع بيانات السفر
VisaAdvisor Country Hub
A source-dated, versioned foundation for building country pages, research tools, downloadable datasets and future travel APIs from one reusable evidence layer.
Version: 0.1.0
Status: Public foundation pre-release
Independent evidence review: Pending
Published: 9 August 2026

One factual layer, many responsible uses
Country Hub stores a value once, scopes it to the relevant place, traveller scenario and evidence date, and reuses it consistently. Material claims connect to evidence supporting that field; VisaAdvisor planning judgments remain visibly editorial. A blank value means not supplied or not supported in this release—never “none.”
What v0.1.0 establishes
- Reusable identifiers, table contracts and relationship rules.
- Source authority, freshness, conflict and correction controls.
- Deterministic seed building, validation, manifests and checksums.
- A machine-readable coverage matrix that keeps unsupported domains empty.
What it does not claim
- It is not a complete worldwide travel database.
- The eight entry rows are not a passport ranking.
- The release date is not a new live verification of imported evidence.
- It is not definitive travel, legal, medical or financial advice.
Current coverage, without false completeness
| Domain | Status | What can responsibly be said |
|---|---|---|
| Jurisdiction identity | Partial seed | 21 place records; 11 planning-linked jurisdictions are current, Venezuela is provisional and due, and 9 are identity-only entry-rule places. |
| South America planning | 11 reviewed + 1 provisional | Editorial planning profiles for the 12 sovereign South American states. Venezuela’s operational review was due on 9 August 2026. |
| Egyptian-passport entry rules | 8 verified-as-of rows | Selected ordinary-passport tourism routes checked on 26 July 2026; Country Hub’s next-review target is 25 August 2026. |
| Cities, cost, safety, connectivity, healthcare, immigration | Schema only | Data contracts exist, but v0.1.0 claims zero verified facts in these domains. |
The 58 sources consist of 56 normalized registry records plus two supplemental official route URLs preserved during reconciliation.
How the evidence model works
The system separates the identity of a source from the exact field it supports. Distribution copies on Zenodo, GitHub, Kaggle and Hugging Face are mirrors of one release, not four independent corroborating sources.
Scope the claim
Record the place, traveller profile, document, purpose and date to which the value applies.
Classify the source
Prioritize controlling and operational official authorities; keep editorial judgment as a separate claim kind.
Link the exact evidence
Connect a material field or declared legacy composite to the evidence that supports it.
Track freshness
Preserve the source check date, next review date, volatility and conflict state independently.
Validate relationships
Test schemas, identifiers, required fields, joins, counts, checksums and public-release exclusions.
Version corrections
Material changes create a visible version and change history instead of silently rewriting a release.
Download and inspect the release
Zenodo is the canonical citable archive. GitHub carries the reproducible source and governance. Kaggle and Hugging Face provide discovery and table previews.

Limits that travel data should state plainly
Coverage limits
- Twenty-one place rows are not 21 complete country profiles.
- Arabic coverage is not yet fully parallel with English.
- Several planning fields are editorial and are labelled accordingly.
Entry-rule limits
- Stay and authorization validity must not be merged.
- Legacy stay-or-validity and fee text remains non-atomic.
- Traveller nationality, passport type, purpose and transit route matter.

Questions about Country Hub
Is Country Hub a complete global travel database?
No. Version 0.1.0 is a public foundation pre-release. It establishes the model and first reusable records while leaving unsupported domains visibly empty.
Is it a visa-free countries or passport-ranking dataset?
No. It contains eight selected ordinary Egyptian-passport tourism routes. They must not be generalized into worldwide passport access.
Can I use it as current travel advice?
Not by itself. Check the stored verification date and then confirm high-stakes requirements with the responsible current official authority before acting.
What does a blank value mean?
Blank means the value was not supplied or was not supported for this release. It never means that a rule, fee, service or condition does not exist.
How should I cite or report a correction?
Cite the version DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21858354. Send corrections to help@visaadvisor.ai with the record, proposed change and a direct authoritative source.
